TODAY WAS A SHIT DAY. ate too much & my workout was a joke. My shin splints decided to kick in again so I only managed an 11 minute run -______-
I had a net caloric intake of 1188 ….. yikes. I’m just glad I didn’t eat a ton of junk after my frustrating “run” like I would have in the past.  yay for a tiny bit of progress I guess…… bad mood. mehhhh.

GOOD ASS RUN. nuff said. I ran a solid 35 minutes like yesterday, but ran WAAAAYYY further than yesterday in those 35 minutes. It felt great, regardless of the rain and mud everywhere. I am finally starting to feel myself getting healthier and it feels great. I also did an ab and arm workout after my run & I’m feeling good! My net caloric intake for the day was 942, so I was 448 under my limit which is pretty good. I am content, which is surprising after my less than exciting weigh in this morning, but I am confident that I shall conquer my Battle with the scale next week and hopefully weigh in under 160. I am also thinking of creating some rewards for myself for hitting my Goal weight milestones. I will probably post these tomorrow. Anyways, Goodnight my fellow fitblrs. STAY STRONG BOSS BITCHES<3

01/09/11 THE DREADED WEIGH IN: 161 on the dot. Earlier this week I weighed in at 160.6 /: I guess this means I am going to try to only weigh myself once a week from now on. I was really good with tracking my diet and getting in my workouts ]: Hopefully next week is better.  If I follow my nutrition/running plan perfectly I should hit my goal weight of 115 by June 10th. 153 days till 115. YES. Not letting this minor setback ruin my health regime like it would have in the past! I’m still 4.3 lbs down from January 1st. Staying positive & continuing to kick ass.

YAY! Today was such a good day [: I finished the day 538 cals under my goal bc my net ended up being 852. I had to be really good today since I plan to weigh in tomorrow. (FINGERS CROSSED, OMG). I added up my averages for the week and it totals to a daily average net caloric intake of 1209 which is the average for an 118 lb person. wooooo- I wish! I also hit a milestone today- LONGEST RUN SINCE I QUIT TRACK years ago… aka a 35 minute run haha. Not too impressive, but I’m really proud of myself. At least its progress! I also did ab & glute work. WINNING. I am really nervous/excited to weigh myself tomorrow. I haven’t decided yet if I am going to be weighing myself twice a week or just once…  ehh. We shall see. I still need to buy a bikini for inspiration. HOORAY for a great day [: goodnight my fellow fitblrs. I’m sure many of you will be weighing in tomorrow. best of luck <3
